Check-in & check-out: Rooms are available from 3:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am. Departures after 11:00 am are charged at €20.00 per hour; after 3:00 pm, an additional night will be charged.
Occupancy & visitors: Rooms may only be used by guests registered at Haus Brunnen with valid identification. Maximum occupancy is two guests per standard room or three guests in a family room (two adults and one child). Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
Non-smoking hotel: Haus Brunnen is entirely non-smoking. A cleaning fee of €200.00 will be charged for non-compliance.
Complimentary Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel free of charge. Simply connect to the “Guest Wi-Fi” network; no password is required.
Cleaning & linen changes
Bed linen is changed every third day. Towels left on the bathroom floor or in the shower are replaced daily. Room service ends at 3:00 pm. Rooms displaying a “Do Not Disturb” sign will not be serviced that day.

Please park cars, bicycles and motorcycles only in the guest car park. Fire access routes around the building must remain clear at all times.
